How it works:
Material cooling is mainly completed in the cooling box through indirect heat transfer. When the material enters the cooling box from the feed port, the material slides down the wall of the cooling pipe layer by layer under the action of its own gravity. The cooling pipe is arranged horizontally in the box to ensure that the materials fall evenly into the bottom discharge hopper during the falling process. At the same time, the cooling water enters the equipment through the cooling water inlet at the lower part of the box. Through the joint box arranged at both ends of the equipment, the cooling water flows upstream along the cooling pipe and eventually flows out from the cooling water outlet at the upper part of the box, forming a countercurrent cooling mode on the whole.
